Items must be returned in pristine condition, clean, free of scratches, damage, dents or abrasions and must be returned together with all items contained in the original packaging.
The standard warranty period for all products sold to the public is 24 months, as established by the European Directive 1999/44/EC.
For products intended for professional use in beauty salons, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
In both cases, if the purchase was made online, the validity of the guarantee is guaranteed only if the original delivery note is available, legible and intact in all its parts, where the important details are the order number, the date and the article. If the purchase took place in a traditional shop, it is necessary to have the receipt.
For some product families, it is possible to extend the warranty through the specific Warranty extension section.
To check if your product is still covered by the warranty, check the date on the delivery note or receipt: if the period since purchase is less than 24 months, the product is still under warranty.
Any extensions of the warranty extend this period up to a maximum of a further 36 months, starting from the expiry of the standard warranty.
The warranty, whether standard or professional, only covers failures or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under normal conditions of use due to material and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty automatically expires in the event of tampering, alteration, replacement or repair of the product carried out by unauthorized persons.
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- the motor carbon brushes (in hairdryer models),
- the power cord and materials subject to normal wear,
- faults caused by failure to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance provisions,
- products possibly tampered with and/or repaired by unauthorized personnel,
- damage caused by accidental breakage or transport,
- defects that occur outside the warranty extension period
